Managed the development, implementation and testing of Visa’s Global Chip Card Personalization Validation Requirements for 6 global vendors and Visa regional chip card support teams

• Produced a global vendor licensing and approval testing process which validated three vendor product implementations
• Provided validation testing support to 3 major Visa issuers in Asia Pacific for new contactless product roll-out that eventually reached millions of cardholders
• Accountable for maintaining Visa’s technical requirements and business best practices in order to provide superior implementation support to six international
• Actively participated and managed multiple international working groups and committees that promoted the global adoption of contactless payment technology
• Managed the development and production of a variety of smart card payment applications, reporting milestones and issues to internal and external stakeholders
• Implemented an online contract database which convert 10,000 paper license agreements into an electronic format and properly classified for search and reporting functions
